If needed, you may also ask any port staff for SAMMEL (SAM) , who is part of our team and will assist in directing you to the correct meeting point. Our staff will be ready to welcome you inside the port, assist you with your check-in process, and complete your remaining balance prior to departure. BALANCE : $45 USD PER PERSON | PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EXCURSION. For a smooth and seamless experience, we recommend heading directly to the meeting point after disembarking and avoiding unnecessary stops along the way. We also suggest being ready minutes prior to your scheduled departure time so everything can begin comfortably and on time. Please note that departures operate on a strict schedule, and late arrivals may result in the experience proceeding without participation.
