• Upon arrival it is important to present your direct access ticket to the experience to ensure that your reservation is confirmed at the time of arrival. Our staff will be responsible for providing everything you need and will welcome you to the port of Costa Maya.
• When disembarking from your cruise, please proceed to the first entrance boom located outside the port. This is the first gateway, next to Taxi Station Number 2, where our team will be waiting for you with a personalized sign with your name. From there we will head together to the Beach Club, where your experience will begin.
