• Upon arrival, simply present your ticket to one of our staff members at the meeting point. They will verify your reservation and guide you directly to the transportation and beach club.
• Meeting point: Avenida Caribe, Paseo del Puerto — just outside the main exit gate of the Costa Maya Cruise Port. You must leave the port completely. As soon as you arrive at the meeting point, a member of our team will be waiting for you with a personalized sign with your name so you can identify us instantly.
